Day 1: Arrival Copenhagen

Hotel check-in and free exploration of various recommended Nordic boutiques, restaurants & activities. It is recommended that you visit the Royal Danish castle Amalienborg, where the royal family resides. There you can experience a guard shift, and look at the majestic soldiers guarding the royal family. Afterwards, you can visit the museum and see the crown jewels of Denmark, or venture to the national museum where you can learn everything there is to know about Denmark and the treasures it possesses.

Day 2: Full Day Copenhagen Tour
Today you will explore the canals via a boat designed to cruise the adventurous canals of Copenhagen. On the tour, you will see various beautiful Danish buildings such as the Copenhagen Opera House, Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, the impressive Black Diamond library and the renowned Little Mermaid. Afterwards, you’ll explore Copenhagen via a sightseeing bus driving through Copenhagen, revealing major architectural feats of Copenhagen.

At night it is recommended to eat at one of the world-renowned restaurants, serving distinct Nordic cuisine.

Day 3: Odense H.C. Andersen visit
H.C. Andersen is a world-renowned Danish writer that wrote magical stories such as The Ugly Duckling, The Emperors New Clothes & The Nightingale. Today you will visit his hometown of Odense, which is today still a hotspot for visitors wishing to explore traditional Danish architecture and town charm. Spend the day visiting the writer’s house and neighbourhood, which is to this day still as charming as the time H.C. Andersen got his inspiration for his magical stories. Take the train back to Copenhagen in the evening.

Day 4: Louisiana & Kronborg Castle Visit
Today you will take a trip to the beautiful contemporary art center of Louisiana, which lies right next to the sea. You will enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean while looking at fancy art and sculptures, which changes on a nearly monthly scale. Afterwards venture even more north to the town of Helsingør, where you will visit the famous castle Kronborg that Shakespeare used for his world-renowned act “Hamlet.”
