Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, meet with representative for private transfer to the hotel. The remaining of the day is free at leisure.

Day 02 Kuala Lumpur – Cameron Highlands (Breakfast)
You depart at 8:30 am for Cameron Highlands, situated 1542 meters above sea level and a highland getaway famed for its cool and very refreshing natural environment. En route, you will stop at the holy Hindu temple of Batu Caves. The main shrine is embraced in a huge natural limestone outcrop. Climb the steep 272 steps to explore the inner chamber of the great cave with its many religious figures. Next, we drive northward where you will stop to visit a basket weaving cottage industry. En route to the highlands, you will visit the Iskandar Waterfall, nestled at the foot of a hill and a native settlement. Observe the native lifestyle and see how a blowpipe is used by them for hunting. On arrival, enjoy the cool crisp air of Cameron Highlands and the wonderful scenery. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 03 Discover Cameron Highlands Tour (Breakfast & Lunch)
After breakfast, you depart for an exploratory tour of Cameron Highlands. You proceed by a 4-wheel drive to Gunung or Mount Brinchang, the highest and most accessible peak (2042 meters) in Cameron Highlands. Experience a cloudy tropical and mossy rainforest before cruising down the hill to view the most scenic tea plantation, the Sungei Palas Boh Estate which is regarded as the largest and best known tea plantation in the region. After a refreshing tea break, your next visit will be the flower and vegetable farms. From the farm, you will proceed to visit the villages of the highland natives – the Semais. While exploring the forests of the highlands, the short trek will lead you to the small waterfall where you can have a break for lunch. The return journey will take you to a day market where most of the local produce can be found.

Day 04 Cameron Highlands – Kuala Kangsar – Kuala Sepetang – Belum Rainforest Resort (Breakfast)

At 8:30 am you depart Cameron Highlands and head towards Belum Valley. En route, you visit the Sam Poh Tong cave temple. Thereafter, a stop at the Royal town of Kuala Kangsar for a photo stop of the exterior view of the Ubudiah, Iskandariah and Kenangan Palace. You proceed to Kuala Sepetang mangrove area which is the best-managed mangrove forest in Malaysia due to its ecological importance in protecting the coastline from erosion. Visitors will enjoy the sensation of walking through natural mangrove forest on a boardwalk. Afterwards, you will visit a charcoal kiln where quality charcoal is produced. We drive northeast towards Banding Island in Belum area through Gerik and en route you visit the Lenggong Valley Museum. Lenggong Valley is the site of the oldest known place of human activity on the peninsula. Once arrived at the Belum Rainforest Resort, the rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 05 Tour of Belum Valley: By Boat & Soft Trek (Breakfast & Lunch)
After breakfast, at 8:30 am, you proceed for a tour of the Belum Valley, an area bristling with fauna and flora; a rich national heritage. From Banding Island on the Temenggor Lake, you will take a boat ride for a tour of the aboriginal villages. Observe and mingle with the ‘Orang Asli’ people. They are of the Jahai and Temiar tribe, one of the aboriginal ethnic groups of Peninsular Malaysia. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to trek in the jungle and with some luck you will see the ‘Rafflesia’ – the world’s largest flower, in the wilderness. Enjoy the encounter with scenic waterfalls in the lush green jungle. Visitors will appreciate the privilege of having been in some of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world – 130 million years old. Return to resort. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 06 Belum Rainforest Resort – Penang (Breakfast)
You depart at 8:30 am and head overland to Penang. Upon arrival in Penang you proceed on a city, culture and heritage tour of Georgetown which was officially declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. Included in the tour is a visit to the ornate Kek Lok Si Temple built in 1904. Is it the most beautiful and largest Buddhist temple complex in South East Asia. Afterwards, you proceed to Fort Cornwallis which was the landing site of Captain Francis light in 1786. The tour continues with a visit to the water village of the Clan Jetties at Weld Quay. Next, you visit the Pitt Street, also known as the ‘Street of Harmony’ as churches, Chinese temples, mosques and Hindu temples have existed along the same street in harmony side by side for centuries.

Note:
– Optional with supplement for this tour is to end by boat to Langkawi via Kuala Kedah. This can only be done without doing the tour of Penang on this day. Boat trip to Langkawi is without guide onboard
– Optional with supplement is also 3 relaxing days at a beach resort on Penang Island. This can be done once the tour of Georgetown is over
– Otherwise the tour will end at city hotel or at beach hotels on Penang. There will be a surcharge for transfers direct to the Penang airport (50 MYR per person) after the tour. If that is the case, please make sure that your flight is after 19:00
