Day 1 Arrive in Vientiane (No meal)
On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to the town for check in and afterwards you’ll be free for leisure time.

Day 2 Vientiane full day city tour, fly to Luang Prabang (Breakfast)
After breakfast, we’ll take off to visit the major sights in Lao’s capital Vientiane. We’ll visit the oldest sight Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Preakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. We’ll head towards Lao’s precious national heritage, the famous and sacred structure of Pha That Luang, but will stop en route to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. In the afternoon we’ll set the direction towards the Buddha Park, a scattered enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow, close to the Friendship Bridge. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and revealing his ideas about the universe. The tour ends and you’ll be transferred to the airport for a flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang you’ll be met by our guide and be transferred to the hotel for check in, and then you have free leisure time.

Day 3 Luang Prabang full day city tour (Breakfast & Lunch)
After breakfast, comes a visit to the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. A short guided tour follows, seeing the city’s oldest temple and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong, which roof sweeps low to the ground and represent classical Laotian architecture. Then we’ll visit Wat Mai, and then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded Stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River. The Afternoon is free for leisure time.

Optional tour: Pak Ou cave & Khuang Si Water fall + Lunch
As an option, you can embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which gives a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, which is two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village Ban Xanghai, where they make local rice wine. On return, we disembark the boat to visit traditional villages and continue by going on a short drive to Ban Phanom, a village famous for its hand weaving.
In the afternoon we’ll visit local villages which houses Lao ethnic minority groups such as Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, Khmu villages. This then takes you to the beautiful Khuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails, We then return to Luang Prabang.

Day 5 Luang Prabang Departure (Breakfast)
After breakfast you’ll have free leisure time until the airport transfer to take a flight back home.
