Questions: General Information

Q: When do you need us to make a deposit payment? When do we pay the balance?
A: Please settle 30% of total amount by receive of your tour confirmation. The final can be balanced 3 weeks before your
    arrival date.

Q: How will we receive the tickets for the flights and vouchers for our land arrangements within China?
A: Your domestic flights will be handed to you upon your arrival in China. (any international airport) After we have received
    the full amount from you, we will send you the vouchers of land arrangement and travel plan by mail or fax.

Q: Is it possible, don't take the lunch in local restaurant. We would prefer to take a picnic, if the weather is fine.
A: Yes, it's possible. But you'd better prepare yourself.

Q: We are arranging for our visas here. Do we need any other documents?
A: If you apply for the tourist visa, no need for any document. Everybody in your country can have tourist visa to China.

Q: I am an Australian citizen flying to Beijing and Shanghai soon. I will be in China total 3 weeks and my normal residence
    is in Australia. Can you insure me for the entire time I am in China?
A: I am sorry that I can not help you with this insurance in China. Please contact your Australian based insurance company
    for this travel.
