Arriving in Kunming you will first explore Chinas most famous natural sight, the stone forest of Yunnan. Afterwards drive to the city of Jianshui with its special architecture and the second largest Confucius temple in China. Marvel at Mount Ailao and the stunning paddy fields on your way to Yuanyang. Explore some small towns on your way and bargain over beautiful handcraft on the local markets. Cross the border to Vietnam and experience the difference to the Chinese cities when walking around the streets of Sapa Town. Relax in the gorgeous orchid gardens and marvel at the view from Fan Si Pan Peak. Trek through the bamboo jungle to Lao Chai and Ta Van village to meet the local tribes. Explore Bac Ha the biggest market of the area, where all different minority groups of the region come together. Visit the old palace of H’mong King and enjoy a boat tour on the Chay River.
