Xishuangbannan Trekking tour

Experience the life and traditions of the minorities in Xishuangbannan. Start your trekking tour in the capital Jinghong and from there drive to Mengsong close to the border to Myanmar. Trek through the beautiful forests and visit some Aini villages on your way. Stay for a night at a local families house in Yakou village. Trek to another Aini village and experience their daily life. Stay at one of the farmers houses for the night. Take a tractor to Mount Bulang and trek to Laomaner a village of the Bulang minority. Their houses are traditionally built with Bamboo and supported by long wooden poles. Stay at one of the Bulang families and experience their beliefs and culture. Wander to Nanwen a village of the Lahu minority. Explore their lifestyle and traditions and have one more time dinner with a local family. End your journey with a trek to Menghun and drive back to Jinghong.
