Visit the famous Potala Palace, the Jokhang monastery and walk around the colourful markets of Lhasa. Drive to Shigatse and on your way stop at the Yamdrok Tso one of the three amazing holy lakes of Tibet surrounded by snowy mountain peaks. Visit the pagoda of Kumbum which is said to be the most beautiful one in Tibet. Continue to Shigatse and from there drive to Shegar through a breathtaking scenery and arrive at the Mount Everest. The highlight of you journey takes place here. Marvel at the beauty of the mountain and the world’s highest temple and trek uphill to the Base Camp of Mount Everest. Drive back to Lhasa and experience one more time the Tibetan believe, when visiting the Sera monastery.
