STaishan is one of the five famous mountains in China. Located at the central part of Shan Dong Province and lying across Ji'nan and Tai'an Cities, it stands 60km south from the Ji'nan, and apart north 70km from Qufu, the Confucious'hometown. The Jingfu railway and No.104 national highway pass through the foot of the mountain. Mount Taishan is the cradle of Chinese culture and the most magnificent mountain under heaven.

Qufu is in the south of Shandong province; it 160km away from Ji'nan, The town of Qufu has three basic attractions: The Temple (built around the house that Confucius grew up in), the "Forest" (the Kong family cemetery where over 100,000 of Confucius' descendants are buried in the last 2500 years), and the Mansions(the place where the descendants of Confucius lived a nobility.

Confucius Temple
Confucius Temple complex covers an area of 22 hectares, has 9 courtyards and 466 rooms and halls laid out in symmetry along a north-south axis.

Confucian Forest
The forest of Confucius is also called the Sacred Confucian Forest and it's the cemetery of Confucius and his family that was build in almost 20,000 a one area.

Confucius Mansions
Confucius Mansions contains 463 buildings, the large complex is one of the finest of its kind in China. The mansions follow traditional Chinese architectural style too
