- Ice & Snow Festivals of Art
Every year, the Art of Ice & Snow Festival will be held in Harbin from Dec to Mar, with the ice sculpture and snowing statues, with other performance and lamp show.

- Harbin Summer Music Festival
The festival is jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Culture and the Harbin City Government since 1961. During the 10-day festival in Aug, more than 80 concerts and dance and drama shows will be staged with performances by artists from Austria, Britain, Poland and other nations.
