Every effort is made to ensure that hotel descriptions are accurate, being based on information provided by the hotels themselves.
Room rates
All hotels in our recommendation, irrespective of classification, have a minimum standard that includes private facilities with bath/shower, telephone and TV. The general local hotel standard for a city may also be reflected in the rating.

| 3-4 star hotel (***/****): | good standard and comfort with various, but limited facilities & services |
| 4-5 star hotel (****/*****): | high standard and comfort with multiple facilities and services |
| 5 star hotel (*****): | exceptionally high international standard and levels of comfort/service with a wide range of facilities and services |
The currency is in local currency CNY Chinese Yuan. All room rates are based on per room per night. Include local government tax and service surcharge. The room rates are valid through Dec 31, 2004, but may not valid for the period of the public holidays: Labour Day May 1-7, National Day October 1-7, New Year Dec 31 and Chinese Spring Festival. Please also note that lower rates may apply for certain promotional periods.
Extra bed: 1 extra bed can be provided in each room on an additional cost.
Child Policy: Children under 12 years sharing room with adult(s) are free. Breakfast is at 50% discount.

Conditions
Booking: In order to benefit from the rates we offer, reservations must be made in advance through this website or our office.
Payment: Payment for reservations is made to China Base in advance by cash, credit card or bank transfer. If you prefer to make to hotel, please contact our sales assistant.
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking, without penalty, up to 6 p.m., local hotel time, 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancelled later the penalty is one night room rate times the number of rooms.
Availability: Number of rooms available at our special rate may vary, depending on season, local major events, fairs, etc. We can therefore not guarantee that the hotel of your choice always will have a room available.
